Strength for Today

Scripture

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9, NIV)

Devotional Thought

God does not ask us to be strong on our own. He invites us to depend on His grace. Weakness is not failure; it is an opportunity for God’s power to be displayed. When we stop striving to appear strong, we make room for divine strength to carry us through.

Prayer

Father, today I bring You my weakness, my fatigue, and my limitations. I thank You that Your grace is enough for me. Where I feel insufficient, You are more than sufficient.

Strengthen me with Your power. Help me to rely on You instead of pushing myself beyond what You have asked. I trust You to work through me, even when I feel weak. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Declarations

God’s grace is sufficient for me.
His power is at work in my weakness.
I do not strive alone. God strengthens me.
I walk today upheld by grace.

Today’s Practice

When you feel overwhelmed, whisper:
“Your grace is enough, Lord.”

If today’s prayer met you in a place of weariness, this is your reminder that God never intended for you to carry life alone. Strength flows from surrender, not striving.

If you want help learning how praise strengthens you in weak moments, I created something gentle and practical to walk with you.
