Scripture “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God this is your true and proper worship.” (Romans 12:1, NIV) Devotional Thought When Paul urges us to become a living sacrifice, he is calling us beyond casual Christianity. A sacrifice doesn’t belong to itself it belongs fully to the One it is offered to. Worship, then, is not just a song on Sunday or whispered prayers in the morning. True worship is surrender letting every thought, word, and action come under God’s authority. When we offer ourselves fully, God transforms us, renews our minds, and makes us vessels of His glory. Prayer Father, Today I come before You in humility and gratitude. I lay my life on Your altar not just my words but my body, my habits, my desires, and my future. Everything I am and everything I have belongs to You. Burn away in me what is unholy. Strip me of pride, fear, and compromise. Renew my mind with Your truth...
