A Prayer for the Unsaved

There is a specific kind of intercession that belongs to the woman who has been saved but is still watching the people she loves live without God.

You have prayed. You have shared. You have lived your faith in front of them hoping something would take root. And still they have not come. And the burden of loving someone who does not yet know the God who loves them most is one of the heaviest things a believer can carry.

Keep praying. Do not stop. This prayer is for them.

"The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9

A Prayer for the Unsaved

Father, I come boldly before Your throne for the people I love who don't yet know You.

They are not too far. They are not too hardened.

You came for the lost sheep and I'm asking You to go after mine.

Soften what is hard. Remove the scales from their eyes.

Order divine appointments and encounters they cannot explain away.

What no preacher could accomplish, let Your Spirit do.

Save my family, Lord. Every. Last. One.

Amen.
