Proof of Life When Everything Tried to Bury You, But You Kept Breathing

Image
There are moments in life where the weight feels unbearable. The kind of grief, shame, loss, or failure that doesn’t just knock the wind out of you  It makes you question if you’re even still alive inside. The enemy tried to bury you beneath anxiety. He tried to drown you in delay. He tried to write the obituary for your purpose before you even got started. But what the enemy didn’t account for… was  God’s breath  still in your lungs. If You’re Still Breathing, You’re Still Building There’s no expiration on God’s plans. What others thought was your grave was actually the  gardening  of something new. You weren’t buried. You were planted. And even when you felt numb, Heaven was still working. You don’t need applause to prove you’re alive. You don’t need a platform to validate your purpose. Your breath is proof. The fact that you’re still here still showing up, still choosing faith is evidence that your story isn’t over. “The Spirit of God has made me; the breath ...

What You’re Paid to Do vs What You Were Made to Do

Image
God’s calling isn’t always attached to your paycheck. That ache in your spirit? That’s purpose knocking. Your job may be the assignment for now, but your gift is the legacy. Let’s Talk Let’s go ahead and say what most people avoid: your 9-to-5 might be keeping your true work on pause. You’re great at your job. You get paid. You meet deadlines. But deep down, something doesn’t sit right. You’re functioning but not fulfilled. Performing but not producing fruit. Could it be that you’re in a season of provision but not purpose ? Because here’s the truth: what you’re paid to do might not be what you were made to do. You’re Good at It… But It’s Not Your Gift There’s a difference between your skills and your assignment. Your job title might impress people. But your gift is what delivers people. Being good at a system doesn’t mean you’re called to it. A company’s promotion doesn’t always equal Kingdom positioning. Sometimes God lets you get paid to learn discipline, but that doesn...

God’s Not Just a Provider He’s an Extravagant Father

Image
Let’s talk about the kind of Father who doesn’t stop at “just enough.” I don’t serve a God who barely covers the bill. I serve the One who throws in peace, joy, overflow, and surprise blessings just because He loves me. If I’m being honest, I used to pray for just enough. “God, just help me cover rent.” “Lord, just make sure my car gets through the month.” “Jesus, just please don’t let anything break down right now.” But somewhere along the way, I met  Father . Not just Provider. Not just Rescuer. Father. And He doesn’t deal in leftovers. He deals in overflow. I remember a moment when the bills were due, the food was low, and the anxiety was loud. But God stepped in not with just a check or a coupon, but with a  wave  of blessing that made no logical sense. Someone I barely knew sent a gift. My phone rang with an opportunity I never applied for. And then the thing that made me cry He threw in something I didn’t ask for, but deeply wanted. A personal, gentle reminder:...

I Woke Up Blessed: No Apologies

Image
I used to downplay the good things happening in my life. I’d shrink the praise so other people felt comfortable around my blessing. Not anymore. Let’s go ahead and say it loud today I’m blessed. And I’m not apologizing for it. I’ve cried enough tears in hidden places. I’ve pushed through enough “I don’t know how, but I know God will” moments. And now that joy has hit my doorstep, I’m not toning it down for anybody. Too often we dim the light of our breakthrough because someone else is still in the waiting room. We whisper our praise reports like they might offend somebody. But here’s the truth: You are not responsible for shrinking your victory to make someone else comfortable in their valley. We need bold testimonies just as much as we need raw honesty. Both are holy. Both point to God. So no, I’m not bragging. I’m testifying. I’m showing up with the evidence of answered prayers and dancing in grace I didn’t earn. Because every single moment I was quiet about my blessing the enemy tri...

Victory Has a Sound And You’re About to Hear It in Your Life

Image
Some wins don’t start with applause. They start in the unseen. They begin in the spirit before they break into the natural. Victory isn’t always loud at first sometimes it starts as a whisper from God:  “I’m about to do it.” You may not see it yet, but the sound is rising. The heavens are echoing your name. Your obedience has been recorded. Your faithfulness has been heard. And just like the walls of Jericho what’s been standing in your way is about to fall. 🔊 Heaven Has a Soundtrack And It’s Playing Your Song There’s a sound that follows favor. There’s a shift that happens when the battle turns. Even when you’re tired there’s still a song of deliverance rising around you. God doesn’t let His children fight forever. He appoints a moment for the tables to turn. “You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you…” — 2 Chronicles 20:17 Victory isn’t just a result it’s a  move of God  that comes with a s...

The Cost of Obedience: Why Favor Ain’t Free

Image
Everyone wants the oil, but few want the crushing                 Obedience will cost you comfort before it gives you promotion.                     The anointing doesn’t come cheap and favor always leaves a trail of sacrifice. Let’s Talk: Obedience sounds pretty until you’re in it. Until God asks you to leave what’s familiar, give up what’s stable, or walk away from what makes sense on paper. You asked for purpose He handed you pruning. You prayed for clarity He brought silence first. You said “Use me”and He took you  seriously. Listen:  Favor isn’t free. Obedience costs something. 💔 Obedience Will Cost You: The approval of people who don’t understand your call Time in the wilderness before the platform ever shows up Comfort in exchange for conviction Being misunderstood… even by other believers God doesn’t waste your yes. But He will test it. Remember Abraham? Obedience meant leaving e...
